How to Register for Access Bank Internet Banking

Old users don’t need to go through the process that will be outlined below. For those who want to start using the access bank internet banking for transactions, all you have to do is follow the instructions below carefully in order to be eligible to use the platform.

i). First of all, you will navigate to Access Bank’s Internet Banking Website using this link ->> https://ibank.accessbankplc.com/RetailBank/.

ii). Click on the ‘Register Now‘ which is below the page.

iii). You will Type in your Access Bank account number (Savings or Current) in the box provided, then go ahead and click on the ‘Next‘ button.

iv). You will receive an SMS and Email bearing an activation code.

v). Type in the activation code in the box provided and click on the ‘Submit’ button.

vi). If the code was verified to be correct, you will be taken to a new page where you will choose your desired Password, internet banking ID, and Secured image.

Note: The secured image is another security measure by access bank to ensure your transactions are safe. Whenever you type in your User Name and click on submit, the image will appear indicating it is safe for you to type in your password. But, if no image shows or the image that shows is different from the one you uploaded during registration then it is not safe to carry on with the transaction.

vii). When you are through selecting your desired Password, internet banking ID, and Secured image, go ahead and agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click on the ‘Submit’ button.

viii). If you were able to carry out the instructions stated above, then you are ready to start using the Access Bank Online banking to carry out your financial transactions.

NOTE: If you want to use the Access Bank Online banking platform to send money to another bank account that is not an access bank account number, then you would have to request for a Token. The image is used to strengthen your security.

You can apply for the Toke from any Access Bank Nigeria branch nearest to you, though you might be charged a small fee for the token.
