Infinix S5 which happens to be the latest smartphone from Infinix has finally been announced and it’s expected to arrive on the 21st of October 2019.

The new smartphone is going to be arriving with a host of interesting features and specifications. The new smartphone happens to be the latest device in Infinix S-line up. Infinix S5 rocks a huge 6.6-inch 20:9 display which houses the 32MP in-display selfie camera.

On the back of the smartphone, you will find the talk of the town which is the powerful set of QUAD-rear camera accompanied by the amazing Quad-LED flash which assists the cameras in producing beautiful and well-detailed images even in low light condition.

The QUAD-rear cameras comprise of a 16MP with an f/1.8 aperture, 5MP 114° ultra-wide sensor alongside a 2.5cm macro option. You also have the 2MP Depth Sensor and VGA Low light Sensor.

According to Infinix, the Super Sensational Infinix S5 will be powered by the Mediatek MT6762 Helio P22 (12 nm), assisted by the Octa-core 2.0 GHz Cortex-A53, with the 650MHz IMG PowerVR GE8320 assisting for graphics. Infinix S5 runs on XOS 5.5 Cheetah based on Android 9.0 Pie. The smartphone also uses a powerful Non-removable Li-Po 4000 mAh battery which is capable of carrying you through the day even with heavy usage.

The selfie shooter is located on the left-hand side of the display. The 32-megapixel selfie camera is paired with a 4-in-1 pixel with an f/2.0 aperture. The camera features an AI 3D Face Beauty mode alongside other interesting features.

On the back of the smartphone, you will find the rear fingerprint sensor, with the company’s log under the sensor. The smartphone is currently available in just two colors; Quetzal Cyan and Violet color options.

For your storage options, you have the 64GB internal storage with a 4GB LPDDR4 RAM. The storage can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD.

For connectivity and network, you have the Dual SIM, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS + GLONASS, and the micro USB port which must people find as old school.
